A forensic construction consultant oversees the work the general contractor is doing and also directs the mold remediation efforts. When Bud isn't consulting, he performs invasive stucco testing and is an expert witness in court trials. We were extremely pleased with Bud's professionalism; knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes; and his ability to successfully direct our home remediation project. Like the Pennland contractors, we consider Bud an extension of our family."

Hardy Environmental Services
Kathy Barto: Freddy was the man who came to our home from Hardy Environmental Services and performed the remediation. under Bud Thomas' direction. There are various types of mold and to protect himself, Freddy wore a special Tyvek Suit. We were very pleased with the mold remediation work that Hardy Environmental performed for us.

Kathy Barto: Sal was extremely professional. He was prompt, made certain that his removal of two of our stumps would not cause a safety problem, and was well priced. Sal called the proper authorities to have them mark where the underground utilities were (See Kathy's Blog dated April 23, 2010).
